Her practice has been built equally in the field: twelve years in luxury, working at the highest levels of UHNWI clienteling and client relations, delivering etiquette training across corporations, and leading the modernisation of hosting, partnerships, and events at The Crown Jeweller.

For twelve years she worked within the luxury sector, most significantly at The Crown Jeweller, where she led the modernisation of client experience through hosting, partnerships, and events. She developed and delivered etiquette training across corporate teams, and built relationships with UHNWI clients and organisations across the UK, US, and EMEA.
Recognised with a British Empire Medal BEM, Charlotte brings an understanding of formal environments that goes well beyond theoretical knowledge. She has operated within them, and she knows precisely what it takes to feel at home in them.
